The cleanest way is to buy an Amazon gift card balance with your Visa card: go to Amazon's Reload Your Balance page, enter the exact amount left on the Visa card, and pay with it. Your full balance then sits in your Amazon account and you never have to worry about split payments.
You can also add the Visa card as a regular payment method. Register it with your name and ZIP first on the issuer's site so Amazon's address check passes.
Using a Visa gift card on DoorDash
Add the card under Payment in the DoorDash app. DoorDash may place a temporary authorization hold that's higher than the order total to cover tips and price changes, so leave a little extra balance or use the card for orders comfortably below its balance.
DoorDash doesn't support split payments between two cards, so if your order is larger than the Visa balance you'll need a different card.
